Can Ars Rash Occur on 8th day after exposure?? no fever

I had vaginal intercourse with a sex worker and condom failed on 13th dec.On 8th day after exposure i had flat rash on right groin and 4 days later on left .I am really worried as this type of rash has never happened to me.Are these hiv  rashes???

Chances are she doesn't have hiv and "if" she did it is not easily transmitted female to male vaginaly.
Being your condom failed you should test for peace of mind with a 4th generation test 28 days after this experience.
Symptoms can be deceiving as there are no hiv only symptoms.
