I am not a doctor but it is not difficult to diagnose even from the internet that you suffer from paranoia. HIV really is not your problem.

All the symptoms you have mentioned including nightsweat are classic hypochondriac's symptoms. I suggest you ease up. See if you can have a counselor help you with this.  HIV really is not your problem.

Thanks and I have I need to stop obsessing
You didn't answer this. What was your risk?  Oral, anal or vaginal?
All I use. To use drugs but every since I stopped using cleaned up my act I've just been afraid that I have this illness and the doc can't find it
Your anxiety is a bit of a mental illness so you should see a mental health professional who can try to help you through this in a one on one discussion setting. This HIV forum can't provide one on one therapy, so you are wasting your time trying to find relief from your issue here.

I really do not see a reason why your doctor suggested you such a preposterous testing protocol.  If you do not ail from any autoimmune disease and are not on any immunosuppressant, there seems no logical reason to test beyond 6 weeks with an antibody test.

Anyways,  the good news is that all tests have concluded that you do not have the virus. An RNA PCR is a hypersensitive test which looks for the genetic viral matter, it performs a quantitative analysis and is capable of detecting as low as 10 copies/ml.  Undetectable only means you do not have the virus.

I would really like to understand if your doctor had a valid concern to test you out to almost 3 years or he/she is just another quack.

It was not easy to get her to do it I guess because I was coming to her office so much I had night sweats loose bowel and when that past by taking ciproflaxin I had oral thrush which I still think could be hiv symptom but doc said it was from antibiotic but I just want to be sure
Everything else has stopped except I still been having night sweat

PCR are not usually used for diagnostic purpose.  Also,  why would you get it done after 2 years,  when an antibody test is  adept to give you a correct result.

Please provide adequate information for us to assist you.
