Received unprotected oral sex and finished in the providers mouth.

Hello,
I am a 45 year old straight male.  Approximately two month ago I went to get a massage and at the end of the session I received unprotected oral sex for about 7/10 minutes, at the end of which I ejeculated into the providers mouth.  About a month ago I started having runny/stuffy nose and strange feelings in my head that feel like a tension headache.   What are the chances of catching HIV through the above mentioned experience and are my symptoms related to HIV exposure.  Do I need to get tested.  Advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance for your help.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

NOTHING else you can think of would put you at risk for HIV, including the events you mentioned.  You had zero risk and there is no need to test for this event.  No one has ever contracted HIV from receiving oral sex.

Whatever caused your stuffy nose and headaches has nothing to do with HIV.
