Do I need to test

Hi Experts. I went to a csw. I did a lot of kissing to her. She then massaged me all over and rubbed her body on my penis that was not covered. She then climbed on me and I kept kissing her and sucking her breasts as my penis was yet outside her vagina. And was open. Finally ejaculated and saw that my penis was out and all sperm were out for a moment I thought I was inside her vagina and she said not to worry as there was no insertion.

After 3 months I started having chills / dry cough and some diarrhoea also. This Brought in a lot of anxiety and I started feeling that I have been contacted HIV. I am going mad. Kindly assist me.

We weren't there so only you know if there was penetration. She is saying no. And you probably didn't. If you feel you did, then get tested with a 4th generation DUO test now. Or any test as all tests are accurate at 12 weeks. Your risk would be less than 1 percent chance of transmission if you did penetrate so a minuscule risk at best. HIV is not diagnosed by symptoms so that information doesn't matter.

I did NOT penetrate. So I don't need to test. Thanks alot. It's anxiety to max only.
okay, not exactly sure of the purpose of posting this question then but sounds good. No penetration equals no risk.
The issue was stupid chills and cold and diarrhoea.  But since have been clarified that HIV is not measured due to symptoms but exposure.
Great. take care
Thanks so much dear. I did not penetrate in her. Just oral and after 3 months I felt have infected my wife because my wife is unwell and she has lump at her neck which is painful. And me having diarrhoea. It's so absurd Feeling. And the stupid what if what if things affecting my mind.
well, here is your LAST reassurance (anxiety will make you want more but every time we give it, it makes the anxiety stronger after the brief sense of relief and it will never end) . . .but if you didn't penetrate, you had no risk. So, your wife's issues aren't related. We can't and shouldn't keep telling you this. You need to address your anxiety disorder instead.

Non penetrative sex is zero risk for hiv .
You do not need to test but it seems you are in severe anxiety that you still worried about this no risk exposure , in this case think about taking any test and you will receive negative result and close this file .
