Two weeks ago i had a high risk exposure with and escort. The condom broke. 3 days after that i got a stomach virus that i am now just starting to slowly get better. No fever, no swollen lymph node, No chills, No night sweats, No rashes, no sore throat, No Headaches, No cough, just a really bad upset stomach. My question is can ARS resemble a stomach virus. The girl said she was clean. I am having severe anxiety about this.

3 days seems to be too early for ars,anyway symptoms arent used to diagnosed HIV.
Just go for a 4th gen hiv test,ag & ab 28 days later after your broken condom exposure which will give you a conclusive result.
