Does Hiv infects from Alum

I shaved my head 3 weeks ago in pilgrim ,India.
There was no gap between previous shave & mine, as there is always big crowd waiting in line.
Barber changed the blade,but not knife for tonsure,he put the knife in antiseptic water for few sec before he changed the blade.
My concern is he used same alum stone to rub blood on my scalp that he used on previous person,but he put it in antiseptic water for a sec before he used on me every time...there might be couple of min gap in between rubbing both scalps with alum.
i'm having mild sore throat & dry cough from last 10 days...is this because of the unsafe tonsure?
Do I need to take test?
Please answer my question

Ok now i'm worried again...I got  Oral Manifestations(sores) & on tougue....I remember I got sores when I was child.
till y'day I had sore throat & now these symptoms...can anyone tell me possible reasons? should I visit doctor?

Thanks,I have few more points:

It was wet surface,because he washed knife &alum with  antiseptic water for couple of seconds.he washed my head with water using his hands.

I got few cuts as well as the person ahead of me got few.

My sore throat is not getting better (today is 11th day) infact I feel it increased in last few days .
