ARS symptoms or reduced immunity and flu strike?

I'm a sexually active person and really careful when it comes to sex. i've only had 5 sex partners in my life. i'm a 21 years old heterosexual male. i've only had unprotected sex with my current gf in my life (oral, vaginal and anal). i know she is clean. what concerns me is before i met her i had sex with 2 other girls. one of which was 19 years old, vaginal protected, just once. and the other one 36 years old protected vaginal and unprotected oral (receiving) several times. condoms never broke. it has been more than 2 months now and i just have this symptoms for 2-3 days now: fever up to 100 for a day. back and leg muscle pain and terrible cough. no diarrhea,no rash, no swollen lymphs. i'm terrified since im with my gf for 2 months now and i always thought i was protected. can someone tell me what are my chances of having contracted hiv? note that the girl i had unprotected sex with got tested twice for HIV and was negative. thing is i dont know when was the last time she had unprotected sex before she met me. i'd appreciate answers from anyone especially from people and specialists for STD knowledge. p.s. these events have completely changed my mood in life i might say. i feel restless and stressed and tired most of the time. difficulty sleeping and stomach irritation. gurgling and mucus in stool. soft thin stools, no diarrhea. Now i wanna know if this is STRESS, SEASONAL FLU/COLD or the infection itself. thank you
