Burning Mouth and swollen neck

Sorry for my second question but after reading a website says Burning Mouth in a man can only suggest Hiv.
It’s freaked me out and I have anxiety already.
I have oral thrush and LPR reflux and have tested 14 times in last 5 months negative for HIV.
I was on antibiotics for 3 months for Prostatis and eppydidimus but not for the last two months, could medications have masked my results and I actually have HIV.
My main symptoms now are burning mouth, reflux, swollen neck and diverticula  colitis

No matter how many times you test, or what test you use, you will ALWAYS be negative for HIV since you never had a risk for HIV.

I understand what you are saying, but you are quantifying risk, if I had sex with a Hiv positive woman would you say the same ?
There are people in the Poz forum who have false negative 4th Gen tests and have tested poz after the window period.
How is it possible to have all this symptoms, is there another STD I should look into?
Your symptoms are NOT specific to HIV.  Symptoms are NEVER used to predict whether someone has HIV.  Only risk events and testing have anything to do with HIV.  I am not going to discuss the hypothetical situation where you had sex with an HIV+ woman, because that did not happen.

Your symptoms sound like you need to see a gastroenterologist.  Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV and nothing to do with the sexual event that concerns you.  If you keep focusing on that non-risk event as a cause of your medical issues, and keep testing for HIV, you will never get to the bottom of what is actually causing them, which is NOT HIV.
