Dr. Please help me .Very Scared from manual stimulation

sorry for bad English.
1 year before, I had where someone stimulated my penis by hand.  No other contact occurred.  I was touched for 30 seconds at most in night on the road so that i am not able to see what he was doing .
I think about if he touched any blood on the my uretha or there are any cut on her hand so he touched on my uretha for  spreading hiv.  What is the likelihood of contracting any STD or hiv from this exposure? ,I'm worried about potentially contracting an STD or hiv  from an exposure. Do i need to testing????

No buts, ands or ifs. You never had an exposure.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

You don't have an HIV concern and you do not need testing.
