Splash to lips and mouth

Hi there, I talk and hang out with hiv positive friend and when talking, my friend's drop saliva splashes to my lips and in my mouth. I drink a water to clean it. Is it risk for hiv? Or I'm too paranoid? Can it penetrate to my lips? I don't know that his saliva mixed blood or not. Help me please

Thank you very much.
