Buenas tardes doctor!!Queria preguntarle un par de dudas que me asaltan. Tuve un  contacto sexual, del cual recuerdo más bien poco debido a mi estado etílico.A los 32 días me realicé una prueba Antigeno P24+Anticuerpos, dando como resultado Negativo, pero en la salud española me dicen que este resultado para nada es dconclusivo ni indicativo de que haya o no infección, y no sé porque dicen esto o si es cierto.
En el mismo estudio realizado, me sacaron Clamidya, y me gustaría saber si la aparición de esta ITS, podria retrasar la aparición la aparición de anticuerpos o aumentar el periodo ventana.Muchas gracias por la ayuda y responder a mis dudas.Un afectuoso saludo
