Lowered immune system,stress and HIV

Would you be more at risk of HIV if you gave unprotected oral sex to a transexual (male to female) who was HIV positive while you yourself (HIV negative) had a lowered immune system because of high levels of stress? Should you avoid this activity in that case?

Sorry, I meant a transexual who still has a penis.

Only sex risks are unprotected penetrating anal or vaginal, Oral is not a risk because HIV is inactivated and can't infect instantly in either saliva or air.
The science is 40 years old and well proven, so nothing you can add to your story will make you at risk for HIV from oral.
This is the same advice to your same question that I gave you on your other thread, so I hope it was more clear this time.
