Test conclusive?

I had unprotected sex with a women who had multiple sex partners and also does drugs. It was vaginal and anal sex. I later tested at 34 days and 45 days after exposure. Both negative. Do i need to test again? I also have symptoms

You are conclusively negative for HIV.  Regardless of your risk, you do not need further testing.  You do not have HIV.

It was a duo test

duo is conclusive after 4 weeks so you are safe and should move on. Stop googling cold turkey and stop examining your body cold turkey for a day to see if the symptoms were in your imagination from fear. You will probably feel fine after you relax, or else see doc but it has nothing to do with hiv.
