Effect of hair removal cream on test
Hi guys. I used veet hair removal cream on my chest and it has caused a rash with bumps and an allergic reaction on my skin because my skin is sensitiveq and I didn't follow instructions on the leaflet, left it on for too long so it got absorbed and burnt my skin.
I want to know if using such hair removal creams like veet and nair affect an hiv test i will take in a few days ? Would they cause a false positive or false negative ?

There are no drugs or treatments known to affect HIV test results. Even potent chemotherapy or immunosuppressive drugs are theoretical problems only, with few if any actual known cases that they had any effect.
