ok good to know, but if there is trace amounts of blood in the saliva or anything of that sort and the person is infected, what is the risk of contracting it in that scenario?
no one has ever contracted hiv from receiving oral sex...and that is in the whole pandemic of hiv ! ! !
Ok thanks! one more quick question for the future; If a girl has sores or cuts in her mouth, how risky is it to recieve felatio protected/unprotected and is it always beneficial to wear a condom when recieveing? Thanks!
NO NEED TO REPEAT OURSELVES
Thanks Liz, so no need for further testing or anymore worry?
Sorry, another question guys... I got a rash around my lower stomach area and chest area about 2 weeks after the unprotected oral incident. The Rash consisted of many tiny small red bumps but wasnt a severe rash, just a few red bumps here and there. I noticed them while I was camping with some buddies. Is it possible it could just be bug bites of some sort, because it sounds really similar to ARS rash. Thanks
Thanks a lot my friends. quick responses and info were greatly appreciated. I'm rather sure i wont be visiting one of these places again
"I had one instance where I performed unprotected sex on one of the girls but 3 months later I was cleared of any possible STD's, including HIV."
That was your only risk, and you are correct you are conclusively negative.
"about 2 months ago is what I'm worried about when one of them performed unprotected oral sex on me. She spit on my penis and everything. Just wondering if that increases risk, even though I know it's very minimal."
You were not at risk from oral sex- saliva is not infectious as far as HIV is concerned.
"Also is it risky to have sex with so many high risk people even if it's protected? Does improper condom use (not squeezing the air out of tip) pose a higher risk even if the condom doesnt break?"
All you need to do is use condoms consistently and correctly. As long as the condom stays intact, you are at no risk. But you are correct, not squeezing the air out of the tip put you are higher risk for breakage.
Bottom line: you are not at risk for HIV and do not need further testing.
