HIV transmission q, PLEASE read and respond

Hello, as many of you know I had and un-protected vaginal sexual encounter with a high risk female.

Day 1: at risk sexual encounter (and also had unprotected sex with a known HIV negative partner)
Day 3: at risk female got tested, came back negative

I had many symptoms from then until now that I will not get into.  I did not have a severe fever or large bodily rashes.

Day 16: has unprotected sex with a known HIV negative partner
Day 26: at risk female got tested again, came back negative
Day 28: I got tested with a Rapid Test POC and came back negative.

I have had diarrhea for the past 6 days, and an irritating sensation in my armpit for the past 6 days and neither are going away.

I pray I am not, but if I was infected would I have had the potency to infected the other partner I slept with on day 1 or day 16?

Also if anyone has any insight on my situation any and all feedback is needed and more than welcome.

My primary concern is if the at risk female I slept with was is in her window period when I had the incident with her, and is in the window period currently which is while she is testing negative.

Let me know your thoughts on this.  Again please advise and be honest as I feel I have made the biggest mistake of my life already and the truth can't hurt me more than I'v already hurt myself.

Please refrain from telling me a HIV test is not conclusive until the 3 month period, I know this much.
