Exposure? Pains in Penis Last 4 Weeks. HIV?

Hi, I had an exposure 5 weeks ago, where I was rimmed anally by a massage lady. She used her saliva and licked my anus and tongued it. Then she rubbed my anus/inserted a finger for a bit.

I've been having pains in my penis for last 4 weeks (near where the head meets the shaft) Chlamydia and Gonorrhea urine culture came back negative.

My question is...

1. If she has some blood in her mouth from a cut in her mouth/on her tongue along with her saliva (which I may have noticed) ,can that get into my anus and give me HIV?

2. Can these pains be HIV related from my exposures above?

Thank you

Guess what this is about a STD not HIV and if you read what he wrote it is not a risk.

He says about a 1% chance from getting rimmed...

Welcome to the Forum.  I'll start this reply by telling you that I am not aware of any risk associated with anal masturbation or rimming.  Certainly there are no cases of transmission of STIs from person to person through hand-to-genital or hand-to-rectal contact.  The same is true for rimming as well.  Even if your partner had an oral STI (which is unlikely) licking the anus would not be expected to transmit infection.  Your chance of infection from this activity is less than a small proportion of 1%.

I see no reason for concern related to the event you describe.  I also see no reason for testing.  EWH

No Dr on this forum said it was little risk.

Some doctors (on this forum) say there is little risk from this exposure. Can you please explain why it is "no risk"?

Thank you.

You have not had a risk for HIV.  You have been given correct information.  If you cannot accept the fact you did not have a risk, take a test and receive your negative result.

Find a 4th generation test in your area for HIV.

From the encounter above, it doesn't sound like HIV could be transmitted this way. I would not worry too much, but get tested and when those results come back negative, do your best to accept it.

Also penis pain is not a symptom of HIV.
