post pep testing and conclusion

Greetings of the day!!!!!!
Here In New Delhi Sexologist gave me (PEP) 23/05/19 and he said take this medicine and you will be save Pep Started ( 23rd May 2019) Exposure date 16th May 2019
I had 2 test Tridot and TPH test . both came Negative and Non reactive -Day 31st after exposure while on pep( 21/6/19) 1 dose lefted completed on 22/05/19
Clia Test for HIV1 and Hiv2 on 42nd day from exposure - 7 days post pep
Elisa Method Duo Test on 19th July 2019 along with TPHA Test - both came Negative -- 63 days post exposure and 28 days post pep
4rth test PCR RNA and VDRL TEST  on 93rd day post exposure and 56 days post pep . VDRL test Also- Non reactive and  PCR RNA ( QUANTITATIVE )Undetectable
last test 115 days post pep Elisa test for antibodies for hiv1 and hiv2 - Negative .
now my concern are my test are conclusive , do I need any more test to get clear I Am Negative .
What are the chances of What If , something get worse for me in future.
till 16th of may 2019 till today no sexual activity with any my wife also.
because of this I am living my life in fear and having lots of anxiety .
Been to many doctors for the same , everyone in India have their different opinion ..
Hereby I am requesting kindly guide me the best as I have seen many peoples put up their question nd doubts you all people solve them in very good manner.

plz advise is my test are conclusive to be free from HIV and Other STD .

my risk was unprotected sexual relation with csw in delhi. Russian girl

My exposure was unprotected sex with csw in New Delhi Russian Girl on 16/05/19
went to sexologist on 21/05/019 and he gave pep medicine . started on 21/05/19

1ST TEST I had Tridot and TPHA test . both came Negative and Non reactive -Day 31st after exposure while on pep( 21/6/19) Last dose completed on 22/6/19

2ND  TEST CLIA METHOD Test for HIV1 and Hiv2 on 42nd day from exposure - 7 days post pep from Max Hospital , NEW DELHI ALONG WITH VDRL AND HCV IGM TEST VALUE IS 0.05 iu/ml
CBC, LFT,KFT, all reports normal as per the doctor

3RD  TEST Elisa Method Duo Test on 19th July 2019 along with TPHA Test - both came Negative -- 63 days post exposure and 28 days post pep

4th test PCR RNA on 92nd day post exposure and 56 days post pep . VDRL test Also- Non reactive and Undetectable

5TH  test 115 days post pep Elisa test for antibodies for hiv1 and hiv2 - Negative . 150 DAYS POST EXPOSURE .
WITH CBC, LFT , KFT ETC.

AFTER THIS TIME I HAD PHYSICAL RELATION WITH MY PARTNER PROTECTED . AS I DINT WANT TO TAKE ANYMORE RISK MORE

6TH TEST 193 days post exposure and 158 post pep . i did following test

HIV 4th Gen Test
TPHA Test
HCV Test
Herpes

all test are negative as per doctor telephonic conversation . as i haven't seen the report yet.
now my concern are my test are conclusive , do I need any more test to get clear I Am Negative .i dint want to take any type of risk in my life anymore .
any possibilities of of HIV POP Up in future without any further risky exposure .

HERE I DINT TRUST DOCTORS , BEING WELL KNOWING THE GUIDELINE FOR PEP STILL HE GAVE ME AFTER 1 WEEKS .

Today i saw the report all negative
But i am confused in herpes simplex virun I igm .88 and its limit is .90 .
its very close to border line .
I am confused about this . It may become positive later . Any possibility without any futher risk .
I am upset and having anxiety .

I dont want to be smart . just i dont want to take any more risk in my life and i dont want to my wife should suffer for anything becoz of me .
therefore again i took following test as per derma doctor .

Your tests are conclusive.  You do NOT have HIV.  You can move on with your life normally.

Is i am 100% clean and negative
No HIV and STD.
Why Doctors have different opinions about pep testing . Some say 3 month post exposure some days 3.month post pep and some say 6.months post exposure.
Too much confusion.

Is it possible of changing my negative status post 5 month exposure to positive as till no sexual activity with any1.
Can I move on in my life and can i have sexual relation with my partner without condom.
Or do I need to do anything more .
Plz advise .
