The difference is mostly in the amount of virus to which one is exposed -- often massive amounts via needle, but trivial amounts or none by razors. Regardless of the biological mechanisms, the point is that such exposures have never been shown to actually infect anyone.

That's my last comment.

Thank you so we van say that the transmission of the hcv or HIV or the other deseases blood related happen only in the case of needle sharing during drug injection or tatoo. Only I am unable to catch the difference between sharing a needle or a razor, whats the difference between them?the quantity of blood involved?I just cant get this straight. Thank you forma your precious support anyway

Sorry I missed your follow-up question.

Nobody has been known to acquire any blood borne diseases in this way. In theory it might happen for HCV or HBV, which are more infectious than HIV. Probably truly zero risk for HIV. Anyway, extremely low risk for all of these. You really needn't worry about it.

Your English is fine!

Thank you very much I am not well informed about desease like hcv or others deaseses that can be transmitted by means of blood.  I would like to ask you another question : for example if you go to the barber shop and you get cut with a razor blade which has been used previously on another costumer, if this previous costumer has been cut too with the same blade and he has got some desease, it's possibile to get infected? What desease do you risk to get?Hiv?HCV?Or anything else?

Ps thank you for your support, this forum is amazing I wish I'd know it many years ago, and I wish I'd learned better english many years ago too :)

No, there is no risk. Only sex and sharing drug injection equipment is a risk for HIV and other STDs. Also no risk from hotel sheets and other sorts of things, as in your earlier question.
