Still worried

I woke up kinda worried. I mean I had a condom on there was no penatration at all. She was laying on her stomach and I was just masterbating with a condom on. She did stick a finger in her own anus and and she did stroke my pens for a minute. Not sure if it was that hand she used on herself. I mean she even said she doesn't want any fluid on her and checked the condom to see if it broke. She did that by pushing down on my shafts to see if semen came out. Like I said I asked her if she was clean she said yes I get tested once a month. I even sent her a text and said you 100% don't have hiv right her response was no do u and she said your fine even if I did have anything we didn't do anything that put you at ri . So am I just feeling guilty. My concerns are
1) the cut on my finger that I put in her anus it want bkeeping at all im pretry sure it want from that day. What is my hiv risk
2) I have 2 kids can I safely touch them.
3) my wife can I safely have sex with her.

Ok after writing that and getting everything out and you still say no risk at all  I will accept that. Thank you

You've had no risk. If you can't accept that, go take a test and receive your inevitable negative result.
