I had some blood when I wiped my ass in toilet later that night , wud that change anything or is it still a no risk Avent

We were drunk and I feel so stupid for making this mistake as I never do anything unprotected or anal

Did you have one of the three risks?  No.  So, no, it changes nothing.  NO risk.
Thanks for getting back so fast to me , really appreciate you taking the time.
One last thing , even if it bled a tiny bit in me am  I still safe

I ment he cut his finger , not his hand , in organial post
Your question was fully answered that you had no risk.

The only risks for HIV include having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  A bleeding finger is exposed to air which inactivates any possibility of hiv from fingering. This was zero risk
