The only ways that someone gets HIV is to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex (WITH penetration) or to share IV drug needles to inject drugs.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus.  You did not have an exposure that was a risk for getting HIV. Rest easy.  Don't let your anxiety run away with you.  You had no risk and you do not need to test. No risk means no need to test. If there is any mental health help where you reside, seek it.  Suicidal thoughts are scary.  There are numbers to call or online support as well. Take care but HIV is not a concern here.

Firstly thank you soo much, for reply i have on question that there is a lymph node on my right thigh little swollen, is that can be a symptom of HIV i have very small thing type nodes on my biceps triceps and under trips not swollen, that is my main pont of concern 2nd i have done antibody test today and I came negative should I take another test at 30th day for clarification?
That would not be a symptom of HIV because if you had no risk, which you did not have a risk, you couldn't get HIV.  HIV is not diagnosed by things like that.  Risk assessment and tests.  I wouldn't recommending testing.  You do not need to. but for the sake of information, a 4th generation duo test is accurate at 28 days or beyond.  You do not need one though.
Also she rub my dick on her vagina finding hole to take in but I squeez back so that she can't take it in, my tip touch her vagina lips I feel that but I didn't fell that my dick gone inside her after that dry humping forttage and body rimming is there and dry kisses on cheeks, Please help me with your knowledge and advice because right now I m very sacred and my mind is exhausted please reply sir!!!
I apologise but I want to add few thing, after the encounter i have taken 2 days pep medicine as one doc give me, but I consulted other doc and tell them about fingering forgot  to tell them about forttage they said no need to take pep so I stop. After taking pep on 16-17feb i lost my appetite, got diarrhoea, and anxiety but after today test there is an improvement in my appetite and also from last 3-4 days in diarrhoea, I'm very confused guitar Rox replay has given my a little relief.
That's all from my side.
Please help my clearing the things as I am very confused.
Anyone who can help GuitarRox, DrHHH, Lizzie, Teak, AnxiousNoMore,
Driver58, Edward W Hook. Please Help Me You All Are My Only Hope...
We're volunteers here so please be patient.  STILL, nothing you mention is a risk.  I've read what you originally wrote and what you added. NOTHING is a risk. There is nothing to add to that.
Thank you for your reply but I have one last concern that I'm not sure that my protection was on when she grab my dick and rub in her vagina with my dick to fing hole, if there is no condom on my penis that time then there is a risk or not this is my last question
Can anyone one please guide me my anxiety is killing me from inside

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (body, hands, skin etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are only 3 ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure.
You already got all the advice you need above so at this point your anxiety is a bit of a mental health issue - consider therapy to deal with it since your problem is not disease, it is fear of a disease that you don't even have.

Thank you soo much for your valuable response, now I relief because I didn't penetrate her just cuddle kisses and frottage, fingering and she gave me  handjob while my protection is on.
What about the lymph nodes on my biceps and lower biceps and triceps and one on my right side of thigh
This is my last question please reply with your valuable response I request you sir!!!
You don't have any medical training so probably don't know what lymph should feel like so shouldn't be poking and irritating your body. See your doctor and he can probably calm you down after he examines you, instead of trying to self diagnose by thinking your body is giving you signals that you caught an impossible disease - you're fixated on hiv because it is the only disease you can think of but that is unscientific so see doc for a real diagnosis.
Thank you for your valuable feedback i just want to add something I saw 2 new nodes today one on lower chest left side and second on right hand side under biceps just want to know is can I get any other sti from the exposure which I have mentioned, i already have nodes but from 2-3 days i have seen 3-4 new nodes that's why I m scared and concern, the only thing I can do here is request to experts please help me and guide me on that.
Thank you soo much all for the response and answer GuitarRox and AnxiousNoMore.
