Have lymph nodes in groin, very scared and worried about hiv

I randomly felt a lump in my groin and panicked straight away. Saw that a swollen lymph node can be a sign of HIV And have been terrified ever since. I’ve now had this for 2 days and it feels the same. I’ve also had a slight sore throat, a slight cough and felt a bit fatigued continually throughout the week. I think I have a fever as I feel hot but can’t be sure as atm where I am is unusually hot weather and haven’t actually taken a temperature. I also have swolen nodes in my neck and feels like my throat is swollen but not too worried about these nodes as they always come up when I’m ill. However, never seen ones in my groin.

I had unprotected sex 6 weeks before this lump in groin, I received unprotected oral sex & then protected sex 3 weeks before with an escort that I knew, 5 days before  had completely protected sex with another escort & 1 day before had unprotected sex with a girl I knew.

I’m terrified right now so please help

Symptoms prove nothing, so nothing is pointing toward you having HIV. You need to stop Googling because it is useless as a diagnostic and only a test can provide answers. Try to relax until you can test.
Oral is not a risk for HIV so it is just the vaginal that was a risk. You can take a duo after 4 weeks or any other test after 3 months.
