ARS or flu? Need help

Hi Dr,
7 weeks ago, I had an encounter with a girl. I had sex with condom for 3 minutes, put finger in her for 5' and and she rubbed on my boxer for 5 minutes with her woman part but I found it really wet after that. I think the fluid my have wet my top two.  2 days later I had a real bad itch on my 2 leg for a day after taking bendaryl. After that I started to get tired and probably 2 week later I started to have sore throat and dry cough. I also found pimple with white heads and itched pretty badly in my back for a few days. I felt chill sometimes but not anymore. My pimples are still there, not as itchy as it first started, I still have dry cough. I only have one question. If I was infected on that day, was it possible that I gave it to another woman the next day when I had unprotected sex with her? She feel tired lately and also has pimples, bit red ones, but no other symptoms. She did feel chill for a day or two. We live in northern US so the weather is dry so I hope the pimple and itch come from the dry weather and my cough came from something else. Anyway, I'll soon try to go get test, but want to hear your opinion on it.
Thank you very much and please help.

You had no risk and no need to test. HIV is not transmitted like this. You had absolutely no exposure.
