Oraquick at 6.5 weeks?

I am a female and i had unprotected vaginal receptive sex with a male I was in a "relationship" with. I know he didnt cheat and i just sort of lost feelings. we were supposed to get tested together and never got around to going. He says he had only been with his ex of 4 years and they lost their virginities to each other. I had only been with my ex (before this)  and lost my virginity to him. So we both were to test as we started a new relationship. He said he got tested 2 times before and told me he wanted me to test before we did anything since i was with someone who cheated on me. We never did once again and eventually slipped up and didnt use protection. The next two times after that were not protected and he did not ejaculate inside me. I took an oral hiv home test 6.5 weeks or 44 days after the last time we had sex. It came back negative. I contacted him and told him about my worries and he contacted me back 2 weeks later with a picture of test results that said he was negative for everything. My worry comes in when i noticed the testing center spelled chlamydia wrong. This made me worry what is he faked his results? They are on a mailed letter head so im probably just being paranoid and he has never lied to me about stuff before. i guess im asking would my 6.5 week oral test have picked up something? I go in two days to the gyno for full std testing and i will request a hiv test as well. I am just worried that i will turn up positive!! I have never had any symptoms besides anxiety but i know that has no indication. Can someone help me out?
