Small Cut Prior to risky behavior

Here is a post that is very similar to my situation..

."On sunday, I shaved my genital area before I took a shower, and I had small cutCuts and puncture wounds  very close to the base of my penisCancer - penis Curvature of the penisPenis care (uncircumcised)Penis pain. After I finished shaving, I took a shower and cleaned the cutCuts and puncture wounds. I was going put a bandage over the cutCuts and puncture wounds, but I couldn't find it anymore since the shower stopped the bleeding. So about 20 minutes later I had Sexual intercourse - with an escort. I used a condom, and I think the condom may've covered the cut. I'm kinda of worried because I'm wondering if any vaginal secretions could've leaked out and got on the cut. I am unsure if the escort had HIV or not. The next day after I saw the escort, I had muscle pains in my shoulder and my knee. My head felt kinda funny,so I decided to take my temperature and it was normal body temp(98.6). Yesterday, I felt sort of nauseated but nothing drastic. But even monday and yesterday, I have went home went straight to sleep cuz of my head. Right now as I type this, my upper back is having body pains. I took my temp this morning and it dropped to 95.8. I'm wondering if I was at any risk because of the cut. I'm seriously thinking about getting an HIV test done next week if this presists."

My situation....
The only difference is that it was an in grown hair on the base of my penis that was taken out with tweezers. I took out the hair but it was still unhealed before I had sex with two escorts. This was about 25 days ago weeks ago to be exact and I am freaking out. There was a chance that vaginal secretions to reached the wound. A week after exposure i got sick with a bad sinus infection and a sore throat. No fever though. After reading numerous posts about HIV symptoms and swollen lymph nodes, I now feel that my underarms are sore and hurt a little. However, when I touch my underarms I do not feel any bumps, just a little soreness. So, I am not sure if this is because of anxiety or I am having true symptoms. My mind is racing and I am scared! I went and jumped the gun and got a HIV test, but I am below the window period. I am curious to know if my situation is at higher risk. A comment would be appreciated. Thanks!

there was a typo... it has been 25 days since possible exposure and I have not received results from the HIV test.

You say I didn't have an exposure. How could that be? I had a open wound at the base of my penis where the condom may have not covered. "what if " just a small amount vaginal fluid hit that area? That means I could have been exposed if the escort was in fact positive for HIV.

You also say that lymphnodes w/ pain is not associated with ASRS symptoms. Is this always the case? Although it seems like my nodes are not swollen, I do feel some sharp pains in both by groin and armpit area and sometimes back of my legs. I am about at 7 weeks post exposure. I had a 4 wk antibody test done and came back negative. I also had a 6 wk antibody test done, still waiting for the results.

I am so scared! I just found out my wife is pregnant and need to eliminate all doubts! This anxiety is killing me INSIDE. I am thinking about getting a DNA PCR test to finally put an end to this. The test is  just so expensive, but in my case I think is worth it. Your thoughts are appreciated...
