Genital rubbing

Hi,
Two a weeks ago I was in a strip club and under the influence of alcohol. I then ask one of the sex workers for her service. We went upstairs and she gave me oral sex and I also performed oral sex to her. At some point we were both naked and she grind her vigina onto my penis, there was not condom. Her viginal fluids were all over my penis. I am circumsised and now I am worried that her fluids might have entered my penis through the urethra(penis opening). I shave more often and I realized that I had a small pimple caused by shaving. The grinding lasted about 10 minutes and afterwards I went to the bathroom to was cause her viginal fluids we all over my penis and the shaved area with a pimple.

So now I am worried that I might have been exposed to HIV since I do not know her status and she told me she doesn't know her HIVstatus as well.
Is there a chance that I might have been infected with the virus?

Looking forward to your response I am so stressed because me and my regular partner do not use protection and we have a 1 year old daughter. I avoid having sex with her since my exposure.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

No penetration = no risk for HIV.
