please help me I had unprotected oral sex with a few people in the past couple months and I have had bad symptoms of ars

the other side of my tounge is like that to and up top
they call it geographical tounge??

So there isn't any possible way that I got hiv from receiving all these blow jobs? just saying all of them were hiv positive?  

I have a job interview next week and It requires a medical check which im so stressed about now,

I have geographical tongue, a sensation in my legs from the knees down that's there all the time,
