Possible Oral STD

So on February i made a stupid mistake that i regret i went to a adult book store and perfomed oral sex, the oral sex lasted only for a minute or so cause i stopped, there was no ejaculation, I'm sure there was no pre cum i didn't taste any, and there was no erection. just a quick oral. Now its been 5 weeks since and i notice having a light yellow coating on the back of tongue and a few tiny red dots in the front but i have no pain in my mouth, i haven't been sick with the flu, i have no bad breath and i can swallow food and liquid with no pain, i also have some bumps forming at the corner of my mouth that can only been seen when raised but there are no symptons of burning or itching they seem to be forming on my lip too i looked online and it can be possible that its just fordyce spots but my question is what can be causing the yellow coating on my tongue? Can it be a oral std? I have no pain or can it be hiv? Can you get hiv by the way i describe how i performed oral

Hello worried person.
Please please please don't check for symptoms you will always find something that will make you worry more. Anxiety is evil! You need now to relax and read this post carefully. Oral sex isn't a big of a deal.
Let's look in detail.
1) HIV.
The chances you contracted HIV from this accounter is miniscule. You ask why? Chances of fellatio HIV are 1:10000 (or less) now chances that the guy had HIV is about less tgab 1:1000. so we get 1:10,000,000 wow you have to be chosen one. You can of course have a 4th gen test at 6 weeks period and ease the anxiety
2) Syphilis also very very low. Without obvious chancre you can't be infected.
3) Chlamydia I wouldn't consider it as a risk or get tested
4) Ghonorhea which very very rarely infects oral cavity.

So take it easy. Just get HIV test at 6 weeks (just to make your worries go away)

Have a nice day
Best regards

Nice to hear that you feel relieved. Don't blame yourself for being uncareful. Everybody does silly things and that makes our lives interesting. So put aside guilt. You are ok.
Have a beautiful day

Anyone know what can cause the tiny red dots that i have in the tip of my tongue that can be seen when you flash a light on it? Also the thin yellow coating the back of my tongue that can be visible with a flash light?

You have no medical training so the self diagnosed "symptoms" are likely psychosomatic. Check the std forum,  if you are sure the symptoms are real, and see your doctor.
