Got cut on my pimple from comb at barbershop

I got a cut from a comb at the barbershop when he combed me it hits my pimple on my forehead with his comb. I could see a smear of blood when I touch it later on. I'm concerning what are the chance of getting infect with HIV or hepatitis??

HIV is instantly inactivated in air otherwise all America would be infected from blood dripping from one person's wound into another, because everyone gets cut and accidentally rubs it into things that people with HIV have likely touched. Playgrounds, toilet seats, NFL games etc involve people with wounds touching where someone else could drip blood.
Only HIV risks for adult are penetrating unprotected vaginal or anal or sharing needles that you INJECT with.
