Do the 4th generation combo test in weeks 6 showing negative is conclusive result?

So last month 4th May, I had unprotected oral sex with a transgender and I was receiving oral sex for like 3 mins, his rapid test kit looks positive after the oral sex done. I am very worried and done the following test.

14 days; 21 days; 42 days done 4th generation combo test in the hospital all showing negative. The machine is using ALERE i2000.
14 days made RNA test in hospital showing negative/non-detectable. with the testing, the range is 5.00e+2 copies. My city's CDC strongly agree with this PCR RNA Testing result.

Made multiple rapid tests with Alere 4th generation combo test with finger blood, all showing negative.

Only one-third party DNA test with dry blood sample sending to their lab (not a hospital or CDC) with no any official report but just doubt positive at the start and then said the sample was got pollution and make the refund to me. Hospital and CDC said this third-party report of DNA testing is fake and makes no sense.

So can I understand I am 100% safe now and my negative result is 100% accurate?

Your question was fully answered that you had no risk.

2 points to this....

1) 4th gen test are considered conclusive at 4 weeks. So 6 weeks is good.
2) You NEVER had a risk for HIV. HIV is not passed on via oral sex.

oh thanks gods, so 6 weeks result actually is just 100% accurate , is that right?
Your test was a waste of time. There are no guidelines for a placebo test, so you can test whenever you want. It is abnormal to test repeatedly for the same disease so further testing will indicate hiv fixation for which you should consider a mental health therapist in order to try to get back to a normal life.
If your previous posts that were closed were about hiv you should consider a therapist.

Noted: My CDC strongly said even my RNA testing range is  5.00e+2 copies not like some high advanced range like 2.0 e+1 copies is still 100% confirmed as they said 14 days is enough for any RNA Testing even for 5.00e+2 copies range. They means if i really get infenction, cannot lower than this range in 14days, so is this understanding is right?
