Worried once again

I have posted about the same incident before and there is still a worry. I was not able to explain the incident in detail. Let me try again. Please do help me.

1》I performed frottage on a male. I had anal fissures/ cuts. There was no ejaculation involved. There might be contact with precum from his penis. What risk does this possess?

2》 He touched himslef and then touched the tip of my penis placing his pre-cum soaked finger on the opening in my penis(urethra) is this a risk?

3》 he started biting and sucking my fingers. The bites might have caused cuts. I dont know that for sure. Had there been bleeding in his mouth, and if i had touched the wound from where the bleeding occured directly with the cut being point of contact, will i be at risk?

Please do answer. I was good until my tongue started to bleed after scraping.

I read your previous question and the answer given.  The advice and answer given then is the same now.  People only get hiv by having unprotected (without condom) vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drugs.  Air and saliva inactivate the HIV virus which is very fragile.  Nothing you describe poses a risk for acquiring HIV.  Touching his penis to you whether you had cuts or not, his touching his finger to the tip or your penis and your licking and sucking anything on him would not transmit the virus.  HIV has been along long enough now that we know the risks.  No one has ever gotten HIV in the way you describe.  So, no reason to be nervous as you couldn't get HIV that way.

Even if he has blood in his mouth and it comes in contact with my cut in my finger whem he sucked it? Am i at any risk here? Im freaking out...ive got mouth ulcers now...google says it is one of the symptoms..
Im really sorry...but ive got no place to go to to talk about this....
Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( fingers, penis, precum, maybe blood from cuts, mouth, saliva, etc.). No hiv worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
hiv is fragile in air, not like Covid which is very contagious in air so you are worrying about  the wrong disease. You should think twice about the actual Covid risk you are taking --------------------------and forget about the hiv since there is zero risk.
Since you have posted before, it is time for you to reply back and answer the QUESTION above.
No i didn't
Well then, you can't have hiv and should stop focusing on irrelevant details that occurred during this non-event and instead move on back to your happy life.
