HIV test after recent blood tests

Hi everybody!

I'd like to have an HIV test but a friend suggested me otherwise. The thing is that I've already had 4 blood tests done this year (the last one being only a month ago) and he told me that whenever you get a blood test, your blood produces antibodies to cover the wound. After having 4 blood tests in just six months (for reasons not related to HIV), and the last one being only a month ago, he told me my blood must be filled with antibodies right now and an HIV test will come back positive even if i'm not infected.

Could this be true? I have no idea about medical stuff, so I really don't know if I should wait or not. Has anyone tested HIV-negative after having a previous blood test only a month before?

I would appreciate any help.

Whoever told you that has no idea what they're talking about.  Getting a blood draw does not magically cause a person to form antibodies to diseases they do not have.  A blood test only draws blood OUT of you - it does not have any special powers to inject antibodies INTO you.

You can take an HIV test any time now - your previous blood tests will have absolutely zero effect on the result of your HIV test.  It will not create a false positive.
