Fear and anxiety about HIV after colleague spit tobacco in my eye

Today I was talking with a colleague of mine who is sexually very active. He was chewing some tobacco and while talking some spit small drop landed on my eyes directly. Can I get hiv from it.

First of all, talking to someone does not spread HIV.  Secondly, just because he's sexually active doesn't mean he has HIV. He most likely doesn't even have it and you're just making up ridiculous assumptions in your head about this guy. Third, HIV doesn't just appear out of nowhere. Someone has to be infected first before they can infect someone else. Fourth, regardless, this is NOT how HIV is spread.

HIV can only be spread by unprotected anal or vaginal sex or by sharing IV drug needles with infected users. Nothing else you can think of will cause you to become infected with HIV. So, unless you had sex with this man or you shared drug needles with him PLUS he even has HIV to begin with, you will not get HIV from just talking to him.
