I had unprotected sex with a stranger, now am scared as hell, where an I go to gt some pep meds while keeping my privacy and would an antibiotic such as ampiclox preventing me from contracting any kind of stds the worst being hiv.. please and thanks for the response in advance

Regarding HIV, I'd need to know what kind of event you had, I'm mean, was that insertive, receptive, masturbation, oral, vaginal, anal, etc.?

If you had unprotected vaginal or anal sex and are concerned about hiv you will need to see your Dr for what you're asking. These meds come with the potential of strong side effects.
Also if this really is needed you have a 72 hr window.
