Vaginal fluid on condom transmits hiv

I met one sex worker with protection after sex immediately i remove condom but i touch extenal side that means i touch vaginal fluids outside condom with same fingures i touch pennis head and mascus memberane any risk associated with this activity plz tellme

HIV is incapable of infecting others, once exposed to ambient oxygen, even for a very short duration. Transmission is possible only if the exchange of the body fluids takes place INSIDE the body
