HIV Combo Ag/Ab test conclusiveness

Dear Doctors!
I had a contact with HIV-positive guy (his status is known to me) in the first week of may this year. It was oral sex that he was getting from me that time, he ejaculated but the condoms did not break any of three or four ejaculations. At the same day there was another episode of oral sex without a condom and with no ejaculation, it lasted for about just two minutes or so... After 7 days I had an itchy rash that started _exactly_ in my palms and then slowly day by day spreaded up my arms and then down my legs to the feet. It was itchy as I've said and did not project over the skin surface, it also used to disapper when I was drinking some alcohol and by the end of day and then coming back slowly after I had my breakfasts in the morning... I did not find any changes in temperature or sore throat or any other suspicious condition while monitoring my body during the next 11 weeks after the contact. The rash was persistent for about four weeks in parts of my body not (or just slightly) covered with sun tan, mostly arms, hips and feet and then disappeared without any pigmentation. On the 11th week I had myself tested with Abbott COMBO HIV Ag/Ab _negative_. Can I be completely sure of the conclusiveness of the test taken at that time? I suspect the rash could be provoked by enormous beer and pepsi consumption while sun tanning for 5 hours a day at the same time and consider the rash to be an allergic one... Am I (all)right? Thank you very much for your professional advice and sorry for my English, I'am a Russian guy.

You never had a risk from oral sex and the test you had at 11 weeks which was negative is solid proof of this.
