doctor please help me,i'm so anxious

dear doctor:
thanks a lot for ur attention,i would appreciate any advice of yours.

on may 4, i had sex with a lady who is a sex service lady and i have never done such thing before. At first, i put my left finger into her vagina for about 3

minutes and she blew for me without condom in the meantime, then we had sex and idid use condom, the condom was not break and fall off in the process. Which

fears me most is that:after sex ,i found a little wound about 6mm long on my finger which was put into vagina when i was taking shower,it looks fresh and

pains ,but was not bleeding, i could see red tissue inside the wound and the wound could flow out a bit of blood when i pushed it,i dont know when and

how the wound happened.

Since then some symptoms happened to me:
on may 5, my left arm pained a lot ,
on may 6, some rash grew on my arm,
on may 7, i caught little cold ,my throat is scratchy ,i have little fever at night that make my plam and sole feel hot, these symptoms continue to today.

Is this acute symptoms of AIDS?im very regret and fear everyday, going to be crazy and even have nightmare at night, suppose the lady is aids patient ,have

i been infected with HIV?

Thank you again! looking forward for your precious advice!

Hi lydia ,thanks for your advice, it gives me lots of confidence

So the wound on my finger would not make me be infected with HIV?
You know  it was fresh and a bit of deep, could  HIV slip inside the wound?
and the rash on my never happened before....

Anyway ,i would like to believe your advice, hope i will be ok.

Have a nice day!

You had no risk for HIV and do not need to test.

Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV or AIDS. They are no doubt due to a cold or the flu...........but most likely, anxiety.
