HIV Heterosexual Transmission

I know this question has been asked a million times so please humor me. I am a 40 year old white male. I have had genital herpes for about 4 years. I met a women who was divorcing her husband for cheating and we had sex twice. I later found out she was pregnant. I did not know her long and we only had sex twice. She was 6 weeks pregnant at the time and did not tell me. This happened on Oct. 9th 2015. Just before Christmas I developed a canker sore on the front of my tongue. I did perform but did not receive oral sex. I also have been having more herpes outbreaks which is generally not an issue, nor are the canker sores but I have had stomatitus from oral herpes about 5 years ago. And today I woke up with a sore throat and feel like I have the flu.

I have never injected any kind of drug but I do take suboxone for a problem I had with a drug called tramadol several years ago. I've been on suboxone for 3 years and just before I got the canker sore I started taking more of the suboxone. The woman I had vaginal sex with is also white in Saint Louis, MO.

Please don't tell me to go get tested, I know that but I cant describe how scared I am to do it. I have heard that transmission from female to male is extremely low but they don't know if it raises if she is pregnant. I have no way to get into contact with the woman to ask if she even had HIV but I would assume if she had it she would have insisted on me wearing a condom, but who knows. Please help with anything you might know. Thank you.

For HIV the chance is small for vaginal intercourse. If she was positive 0,05 to 0,1% per act, still for reassurance you can do a rapid 4gen test 6 to 8 weeks post expoture to get peace of mind. The cancer sore, how long after your exposur? How long do yiu have it and how does it look?(size, border and if it's open or not) this because if given oral to her there is a small chance on syphilis(very small chance as it normally is rare in hetero's)

Hello,
Unprotected penetration poses a risk of HIV transmission.
An HIV test at the right time will give you accurate results.
A 4th generation test should be done at 4 weeks post exposure and a simple HIV test at three months post exposure.
Keep calm and test at the right time.
Take care
