I know the hiv experts at Medhelp will tell me NO RISK MOVE ALONG !! But like the most of us that FELL any symptom out of the ordinary well it must be ARS no doubt and then we fear the worst scenerio a positive result.

Since everyone says that "HIV is not transmitted by oral sex" , but why CDC say "Though the risk of HIV transmission through oral sex is low , ...." ? what is the different between "NO RISK" and "LOW RISK" ? which one can i trust ?

thank u very much !

What was your worst ARS Symptom that made you believe you contracted HIV?

The last one I saw somewhere was,  the patient was sick like hell,  with his body temperature was so high that he needed an emergency care.

Your ARS was imaginary because you were self analysing your body,  if it had hit your body,  you would have not have been guessing in online forum. You didn't even have risk.  CDC says low risk because it says "transmission through oral route is possible, practically, that is for infants of known positive mothers who feed on to their mother's milk, drink their milk and it might contain HIV,  that could pass through the underdeveloped lining of their mucosa.  The risk is mostly theoritic.

No one has ever acquired HIV from oral sex,  giving or receiving. This information is processed from approx 35million HIV infections across the globe. The chances you becoming the next president of USA is astronomically higher than you contracting HIV.

You should seek help for your obsessive behaviour, HIV is not your concern.  OCD is.

Mike , thanks for your answer . but i found the  CDC website says that "Although ORAL SEX may carry a lower risk for spreading HIV than other forms of sex, repeated unprotected exposures may increase risk of transmission." (https://www.cdc.gov/std/healthcomm/stdfact-stdriskandoralsex.htm) , so it make me confuse .
That is a conservative approach from the CDC,  some. People lied about their exposure, CDC has to record information based on reporting. I have told you the practical risks.  There is nothing more desired to be added.  The fact that you have googled every thing shows that you have brought this ordeal upon you.  You are in a fixation of your own mind. Once you start having a lot of sex,  you will realise it is natural to have oral sex and it doesn't lead to HIV.

Please read about HIV and it's transmission in the FAQ section. You didn't have a risk.  I reiterate The chances of you becoming the next president of USA is astronomically higher than you contracting HIV.
Doctors don't rely on google for their diagnosis and management of HIV in a patient of positive serostatus.  There are defined transmission routes, testing protocol and management of the virus.  There is no 'trial and error' happening and you my friend is certainly not a subject of trial. Somehow,  you will be named in the history of HIV for acquiring the virus from your incident.  That's not happening,  you are not in luck. It doesn't happen that way, oral is not a risk. That information is all over this forum and personally give to you as well.

Nothing is 100% in medicine.  No one will tell you that. It's time for you to move on or seek help for your OCD.  HIV is not your concern.

"before when you had oral and were told no risk"
The advice can't change, so no reason to keep asking. But if you want to hear the same advice again, you had no risk and need to move on from hiv.

This looks like the same as before when you had oral and were told no risk, so you need to move on from HIV fears.
Maybe use a condom next time you have oral since it makes you scared afterwards when you think you have hiv.
