Unprotected Oral Sex with a man

I am a 23 y/o male who gave unprotected oral sex to another male.  No ejaculation or pre-cum were involved.

The incident happened about six weeks ago.  About a month ago, both of my shoulders began to ache.  I have a shotty lymph node under my left submandibular gland.

I have had a few random occurrences (maybe three or four) where I wake up 2-3 hours after going to bed, with sweat on my forehead and neck, but not drenching my sheets.  Im able to fall asleep right after with no issue.

Last week I woke up with a red circle above my right nipple, and went to urgent care.  It was noted as a bug bite, and I have been on keflex 250mg q6h for the passed week.  Since then, the bite has gone away, but I have noticed a swolledn lymph node under my right armpit (noticed it the day I went to urgent care).  The lymph node is not tender to touch.

My inguinal region on my right side has been sore on and off the last last few days, but I am unsure if that is due to me walking around manhattan or not.

I've been tired lately, but I've also been more active than usual.  My weight has not changed at all over the last month.

I know that the oraquick test is only a guarantee at 3 months, but if I had it done now, would a negative result be fairly conclusive...especially since oral sex has little to no risk?

Thanks in advance.

Ok, thanks.  I guess I specifically needed someone to tell me that to put my mind at ease.

Thanks again.

Not an HIV concern.

I haven't had the test yet, but am considering going to get one at a free clinic tonight for peace of mind.

I know that the lymph node in my arm is most likely due to the insect bite, but as I am nearing the end of my antibiotic treatment and it isn't going away, I am paranoid.

You never had an exposure and didn't need testing.
