I think people are trying to tell you that worrying about what would interact with an HIV test is a bit pointless in your particular situation because you don't need to test. People get HIV from having unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing IV drug needles. Your activity was no risk and a test isn't necessary because you won't get HIV from that.

Things that might interfere with an HIV test, to answer your question, would be things like chemotherapy or anti rejection drugs if you had an organ transplant.

Don't write in capitals again, because it is super annoying to read.
What was your risk, anal, vaginal or oral and did you use a condom?

was brief protected oral and don't remember what happend after i know you say oral is no risk but i did do a test just want to get advise if anything could by any % chance affect any results
Nothing can affect your test results, since oral is zero risk. There are no protocols for a placebo test which is what you plan to do, so just make up your own because it makes no sense.
It would be impossible to test anything but negative, so you need to move on instead of wasting your time testing for hiv. You might as well test to see if she made you pregnant.
Plus you can't get hiv when you use a condom, so that is another reason you are wasting your time.
Thanks for all the answers but if it would have been a more riskier situation would this affect the results in any way ??
Your question doesn't make any sense. This is not a forum to speculate about situations that didn't happen. It's to assess the situations that actually happened and to provide recommendations on testing and window periods.
