HIV RISK INFECTION

Dear Dr. Hunter
In December 2007 I had sexual relations with a sexworker, it was my first time.  I used a condom during the relation and ended at least 4 minutes when I realized the risk and exposure I was commited to.  My question is that when I removed the condom I am not sure I did it quite right, because I felt like some fluids remained in my penis area.  I am not circunsized. I am very worried, becaused  I got a sore troat, headaches, fever of a typical flu. The sexworker that I had relation with was from a regular class strip club, but it was in Central America in Panama.  What is my risk Dr?? I feel like something bad is going on in my body and I can´t sleep well, eat and my head keeps going around... Please submit your advice.

Kind Regards
Jamile...

Please, Dr. What is your opinion...

The HIV virus is very fragile and vaginal fluid is not know to carry a lot of the virus in comparison to blood and semen. I wouldn't worry about it.
