I had sex with 3 csw in tijuana in the club over the last month. They are suppose to get tested for hiv every 3 months and other stds every month. Not sure if they do but I think so. The csws are young and in the business for less than a month. They need to get tested before they start to work.  All the sex was latex condom protected and did not break, well at least i didn't know notice it. On one occasion I fingered the girl pretty rigorously and then we had sex with a condom for about 2 minutes. Afterward I noticed there was blood on the outside of the condom. I am pretty sure that I cut her with my nails. We also engaged in french kissing, I know that was stupid. What is my risk?  A few days ago i developed a sore throat on the left side and slight swollen and some what painful lymph nodes underneath my cheek. I felt better after a day but then I went drinking it came back but now the pain is on the other side. This is really gotten me worried. Thanks for your advice and no more csw for me because I am planing to get married in a few months.

Thank you Lizzie!!! I will try not to think about it anymore. Its just the sore throat gotten me really worried. I was thinking if I could have gotten a sore throat from these girls maybe I could have contracted HIV as well. The sore throat is pretty much gone now. No risk = no need to test right? The last time I got tested I freaked out for the whole week waiting for the result. Thank GOD was negative. Again thank you and may GOD bless you and your love ones.

Thanks for your reply. Do I need to be concern about having sex with my fiance? I went to test for Gono and Chlam  yesterday and the doc gave me antibiotic(Doxycycline). What happen if the blood or vaginal fluid touches the inside of the condom when I put the condom on, would that be a risk? This girl is 18 and she only work there for 2 weeks. She told me she got tested before she starting working and she does not have sex without protections.

you had NO risk from what you have described.  testing is NOT needed.

You only ran the risk of getting HIV only when the condom broke, that is, when you had unprotected vaginal/anal sex. Other sexual acts than that pose no HIV risk, that simple.
