Hiv risk with recent jnfection

If one had a sexual encounter with recently infected woman with hiv is the risk higher even if sex was protected?

You have been advised a few times now that this was not a risk.  We hope you speak to your doctor about anxiety.

I understand but just wanted to know if high viral load affects protected sex or it does not make any difference
Protected sex is called protected because it protects against HIV.
