8.5 month hiv test negative but swollen lymphnodes post 1 year

Dear Sir,

Last year i did blunder mistake,I had unprotected sex with a female strongly doubt to be HIV +ve...After somedays i faced almost all the ARS symtoms like Severe on off rashes on the chest,under armpit,on and off diarhoea,low grade fever,mouth ulcer and also swollen lymph nodes under armpit and all this last for almost 2 months.

My Test are as follows..

Elisa Hiv 1 & 2 at 84 days post exposer ....= Negative ( SHAH LABORATORIES MUMBAI)

Western Blot Test at 105 Days... = Negative (SHAH LABORATORIES)

Duo 4th gen at 8.5 months .. = Negative (METROPOLIS)


Now its 1 year and again since last 15 days i have large Swollen Lymph Nodes under the Jaw both side.
and on the right side of groin area..and also white tongue and some itching at the anal opening.

Kindly suggest ? I have Arthritis and neurological issues since last 3 years...Does swollen nodes are the sign of antibody production? I am v disturb unable to concentrate on work and family.

just last questions..

1)Is my 4th generation Duo test is valid and accurate at 8.5 month.As p24 part is not of use after 8.5 month and antibody part give accurate result as compare to 3rd generation EIA?

2) Inspite of existing Rhematoid Arthritis and Neurological problem my test is conclusive and definative?

3) Are you sure my painful swollen lymph nodes under the jaw and groing area is nothing to do with HIV? i dnt require further testing?

4) Shall i move with my wife without worrys and precautions as we need a child.....

but i have read in all forums that existing autoimmune disease delays seroconversion and i have arthritis and neurological problem.also is my 4th gen Duo test is valid at 8.5 month as i have read window period for 4th gen test is 6 - 8 weeks as its look for p24..or i go for 3rd generation Elisa or PCR test and all of a sudden painful swollen lymphnodes under the jaws and at the groin area ,white tongue and lots of weekness and fatigue made me v worried.my immunity is also not good as it was earlier before this incidence...I think now my body is producing antibodies to hiv virus..I never had such illness issues before this incidence..and also my wife wants kid but after this incidence i stop having unprotected sex with her also..I am v much confused what shall i do? I am scared to try for a baby and unable to concentrate on my day to day life...Kindly relieve my disturbance by giving suggestion and help.....

Your tests prove that hiv is not your problem. Visit your doctor for the issues you describe
