HIV antibody test!?!?

My dear medhelp people I have one thing that I have to ask u guys..person Thad I had risky contact 8 months before,wanted to make me sure aboute  telling the truth aboute HIV status and make me calm because I don't know and can't trust that person..we went to lab 2gether this month(7months after our risky contact) and person done HIV test wich  is come back negative!so after all this 8 month stress and my 3 negative HIV tests (3,6,7 months),is suppost I have to trust there no lies and any chance for HIV...so my specific question is:if that person let's take for example was HIV positive in the past or ever ,and is on some kinde  of therapy for HIV and have undetectable viral load ,the antibodies will stay present forever in blood for lifetime,even is undectetable for virus?HIV antibody test will be forever positive for people ho had virus before and take medicine,and that's the thing u can't hide never and ever?so if that's tru e that person couldn't lie because HIV test will be positive Raven viral load is undetectable and I can trust this person 100% that is clean and put the end on this terrible horror story this time and let it go...my tests are negative 3 times at 3(duo) 6 (duo) and 7 (rapid) month buy the way ..thanks!!

Thanks for your reply Claire!!u r right nobody can't discuss and be sure in this world in someone's honesty :) specially when u don't know someone personally..in this story I tried to see some details and facts that he answer every time tried to make me sure that alls good,after my paranoid questions to tell me the truth no meter what just for me to not put someone else in trouble(my gf)..and he sad no 100% is all OK,and after all meet with me after 7 months and took test to make me sure..than I was thinking nobody is that evil and do all this things to make me sure..but neverninde..abote my 3 negative tests I already got answer from u on medhelp that is all good and conclusive and stop vorry ..I done it in long period there's no mistake.I not sick guy on anything I'm helthy.. But this time I was curious aboute that test that he did just to be sure in everything 100%,so that's the truth I read here?,eaven  if he have HIV but mauby taking therapy or something,and I know that people are undetectable for viral load,but they will be positive on antibody test forever?antibodies stays in blood to the rest of life and always be positive on test no meter what?that's why I sad he couldn't lie aboute HIV...thanks again u r awesome!!:)

Nobody here can speculate on the honesty or motives of your friend, but your scenario's very unlikely.  But if he WAS was on treatment because he was HIV+, he would have had a positive antibody test in the past.  He will always have those antibodies.  

Regardless, what matters is that YOUR tests were negative, and wouldn't be affected by any medication he was taking..
