Condom risk

I have tried my best to not post here for reassurance reason as I know my risk is 0, but because of my syptoms and fear of passing it to my wife.
I had condom protected sex with SW at a massage place, but For some reason I can not remember if I used a condom or not when I was sure about it at the time. I was not drunk High I am certain from my knowledge i used a condom every girl I have been with there uses a comdm but my thoughts keep going with the what if things. At 7 months I got covid with the worst body aches and headaches I have ever had witch have come an go months after my infection. My  forearm has swelling witch has happen to me before but was on my bicep and doc said it was edema. My tonsil are swollen and I just generally feel unwell still. Now to top it all of all I think about is hiv my stress level is at an all time high. I have had this happen before with no risk situation and have tested and of course the test have been negative. I'm really trying not to give into my thoughts. Sorry for a the extra words that have nothing to do with a risk. Thanks for all you guys do and happy Thanksgiving.

This is not an anxiety support forum. As suggested, you can seek help from a therapist for your intrusive thoughts.

Maybe you can get help if you see a therapist. No one here can help.
