HIV Sympthoms?

I am a male and I had sex for the first time with 2 other men on March 12 of this year. One of them penetrated my anus with a condom. He did not cum as he wanted to last a long time. He stopped each time he felt like cumming.  also performed unprotected oral sex on me until I came but not in his mouth. I also did the same to both of them but they did not cum. I tasted their pre-cum in my mouth though. I may have had a sore throat at that time. On May 15, I had a sudden high fever, body aches and diarrhea that lasted 4 to 5 days. I felt better after that but always felt a little 'buzzed'. About a week after the flu-like sympthoms, I started to develop rash on my thighs. They started off as little pink spots which were not closely spaced.  Then the center slowly raised to a tiny liquid filled spot. The raised spots quickly disappear in a day or two leaving a red mark on the skin. There is no scaling, itch or pain. They irritate a little when the rash brush against my clothes. I still have the rash appearing on my thighs but they quickly disappear in a couple of days but leaving the mark. The same rash has recently started to appear on my chest, backs and upper arms. Other than the rash which do not want to go, I feel fine. Are these sympthoms of HIV? Should I get tested? Thanks for responding.

You had protected anal sex and oral sex is not a risk of HIV transmission.

Thanks Teak. That's a relief. From reading my post, can you tell me why HIV was ruled out. Could it be other type of STD? Thank you again.
