HIV TEST AND ANXIETY

I had sexual relation ship with a night girl that has unknown HIV status to me
I used condom and I only had Vaginal intercourse with her.
After 129 I decided to do the test.

the Machine of the test was architect
and the results came out as the following;

HIV Ab/Ag ( Not detected)

The dr told me that it means its negative.

my questions are:

1- Can I consider this as definitive and conclusive result?

2- Do i need to retest after 6 month from exposure as some sites recommend?

3- how can I beat my anxiety about it?

Regards
